Shipping methods
The Holzagentur Thiele sends national and international shipments with DHL.
Delivery time / orders:
Every single blank is handcrafted after the order has been placed. We don't help ourselves from a warehouse
because the number of different options for color and thickness combinations is immense.
The blanks are carefully packed and sent to you by the fastest route. Therefore, the delivery time can take between 4 and max. 6 weeks for blanks and 2 to 3 weeks for coloured veneers.
You will automatically receive a tracking number after each order has been shipped.
A return of the goods is excluded, as they are individual, tailor-made products. Wood is a natural product and in individual cases it may appear differently than on the picture or on a previously ordered item. However, if you have reason for a complaint, please contact us by email. We find a solution for everything.
Price for 1.5 mm dyed veneer:
1 package of dyed veneer in 1.5 mm costs 15, - € net for 1-100 sheets within Germany.
Price for Blancs
1 package up to 14 kg costs 35, - € net within Germany.

 

Shipping to europ. Foreign countries:
1 package up to 20 kg costs 50, - € net European. foreign countries.
Shipping Design Veneers:
Freight on request.
